Chicken Taco Chili

IMG_1316Before the weather gets too warm and chili makes you sweat just thinking about it, I want share this crockpot recipe with you all! It’s super scrumptious and gives us days of leftovers. Here’s what you need:

Chicken Taco ChiliServes 10

  • 1 16 oz can Black Beans
  • 2 cans of Diced Tomato
  • 1 16 oz can Kidney Beans
  • 1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Chicken Breasts (or 6 chicken tenders)

IMG_1210Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot and place the chicken on top. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6. Half an hour before serving remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in.

Toppings we like:

  • Cilantro
  • Sour Cream
  • Crushed Tortilla Chips
